Ingredients

2 cups White Wings self raising flour

45g MeadowLea Light spread

¾ cup reduced fat milk

2 tablespoons tomato paste

100g shaved ham, chopped

225g can pineapple pieces, drained on paper towel

1 cup of reduced fat shredded pizza cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
- Sift flour into a bowl. Use your fingers to rub MeadowLea spread into flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add milk and stir with a butter knife until combined. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead a few times. Roll out to rectangular shape 35cm x 20cm.
- Spread dough with tomato paste leaving a 2cm border all around. Lightly brush border on long sides with water. Top tomato paste with ham, then pineapple and cheese. Sprinkle with dried herbs. Starting from one long end, roll into a log shape.
- Place on a cutting board, seam side down. Using a sharp knife, trim ends, then cut log into 12 slices. Lay slices on prepared tray. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
